We strive to be the fun gathering place for our hometown, Ridgefield, WA. We want our community to feel like they are coming home when they visit our truck or store.  Make memories with us and our homemade ice cream at Eight Cow Creamery!

Our homemade ice cream is the best around!  Try it and see for yourself.  Our base is from Alpenrose Dairy across the river in Portland ,Oregon.  Our berries are from local farmers and we use natural ingredients and colors. You will taste the difference!  We will always offer dairy -free flavors to accommodate everyone.

Our team consists of local youth who are learning the responsibilities, hard work and satisfaction of a job well done.  They are trained in creating a happy and unique experience for each person that comes to our truck and store.  They are knowledgeable about how our ice cream is made and are happy to answer your questions and give you samples.
