
Ice cream has always been part of our family, but our love for it truly deepened while living in Italy from 2000–2002, where we fell for freshly made gelato! That experience inspired years of learning, traveling the states visiting small-batch creameries, and experimenting back at home.
We knew then that this was a clear calling from God and we were to create ice cream as a family!

We started making ice cream at home, experimenting with fresh, seasonal ingredients. This was when we knew we wanted to share our creations with others.

Inspired by our experiments, we started planning to open a storefront. Though in the meantime we pushed to launch a mobile ice cream truck for the time being to bring our flavors to the community.

We launched the Eight Cow Ice Cream truck, serving our artisanal ice cream at local events and markets. It was an exciting year of connecting with guest and refining our recipes.

Encouraged by the truck’s success, our dreams of a permanent location to expand our offerings and create a welcoming space for our community was soon to be a reality!
We broke ground on our storefront, pouring our hearts into designing a space that reflects our love for ice cream and family.

We opened the doors to our Eight Cow Ice Cream shop, bringing our small-batch, seasonal flavors to a dedicated space!
